InboxDrop provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving email. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, email delivery speed, or continued availability of any feature.

Automated bulk creation of addresses (scraping, bots, scripts) is prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block IP addresses engaging in such activity without notice.

5. Intellectual property

All InboxDrop branding, design, and code is the property of InboxDrop. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InboxDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability for any remaining claims shall not exceed £100.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.
